Three rounds of:
Wall-ball 20/14# (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75/55# (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75/55# (Reps)
Kettle Bell Swings 35/55# (Reps)
You spend 1 minute at each station. After completing all 5 stations, you rest 1 minute. Then complete the drill two more times for a total of 15 minutes of work and 2 minutes of rest. Your total reps is your score.
